My Edgars account was handed over to them. I have just had troubles with them from day one and this is the last straw. BAD SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE, and BAD EVERYTHING ELSE. I never get statement I need to beg, be rude shout still no statement. The consumer act says clearly that you need to get your statement every month, I DON'T. After emails and emails to request my statements monthly, that I NEED to ask for, I still haven't received anything since FEB 2013. All reply I get from Mariana Carr and Sandra Petersen is It has been requested. No apologies for not doing anything about it in terms of following up or nothing. What do they do all day, because to me it looks like NOTHING. What would it take just to get a statement and forward it not even 2 minutes or just follow up on where the thing is. I really can't believe that this is a law firm. They also don't update your payment records on the ITC reports as they are suppose to, oh I forgot why should they it's to much trouble for them to think outside the box and act professionally. Pathetic, really Pathetic Service from them!!!
