I Refer to My conversation with African Bank on 2013/12/12. where after i Had to call a few times as it takes about 10 minutes before you get through to a consultant.
My call was answered by Mmabo Zwane.
My problem is this. last week i qualified for a payment break, but the previous call center agent requested i phone back after my Debit order has gone off. this was acceptable and reasonable.
calling back Today i was declined on this offer seeing my outstanding balance is too high?
how can it be that after a payment has already been allocated.
when i Requested to speak with someone in a more senior position, Mmabo Zwane informed me that the call center Manager is busy.
I really don't believe that there is only one Manager.
I will probably never receive a Call Back in Regards to this matter
But that's Okay
African Bank Wont see my Business again
