I just found out today, that there has been a court case against me since 2012, & i was supposed to appear in court YESTERDAY, however i only opened the mail from STRAUSS DALY today, which i collected from the post office 2 days ago. I was puzzled that the attorneys would send something via registered mail and not even send me an SMS to inform me about it. Now i find they've been sending documents for the past year to all my previous addresses, & to my post box, but they kept being returned every time i went to the counter to collect, i always had missed it again, & had no idea who was trying to contact me.
As i am a person of principle it annoys me that i am made to miss a court appearance because they NEVER bothered to just phone me about this case. My cell number has been the same for 12 years, it is everywhere on the internet! Luckily the case is a mistake, but i am totally disgusted with Strauss Daly, they worked on a sale this year, & after 7 months of only one contact from them to sign the documents, i found out the sale was invalid & had to tell them to cancel it. They obviously have no regard for their clients, have gotten too big to care.
