Firstly - I'm with MTN. I've closed my vodacom account 2 years ago.
Secondly - I called the number to find out the details. The lady asked for a reference number which the sms did not provide. After searching using my ID number the lady could not find anything.
How can a company send an sms like this, ask to call them and have no idea why they sent the sms in the first place.
