I contacted Drs Edington Incorporated to organize payment after an operation in February 2013. I paid the portion that came to me via medical aid immediately and then contacted them to arrange payment of the outstanding balance of some R700. I submitted a claim to gap cover and intended on paying Drs Edington Incorporated as soon as i received this payment. Sonitha Hamraj dealt with my query and I was left absolutely speechless at the email correspondence from said person who very clearly doesn't understand the concept of customer service. Perhaps a lesson here is staff training and manners would be appropriate. I tried to find contact details for the company to see if i could deal with someone else rather, but couldn't find any. I would appreciate it if someone from the above-mentioned company could put me in contact with a person with better manner, so that i can pay the outstanding amount - I do NOT wish to deal with Sonitha again.
