Appauling service... simply POOR

I have had the worst two months after settling my nedbank credit card only to have an imbissle from vvm attorneys call me and say that I havnt settled my account. I'm ashamed to say o am a debt collector an I love it please do hire people with brains or go out of business. I'm sorry but I won't be paying money for a settled account an no service rendered. Best advice right it off or keep it but I'm the costomer an hav proof that I'm right. You tried to ripp off the worst in your books if you want a fight youl get it
