Nedbank forwarded a debt on a credit card to VVM for collection. The debt has been paid out to Nedbank and their accounts reflect that I have a positive balance on the credit card. VVm has since not aligned with Nedbank to verify that my debt has been paid and are harassing me with defamation emails that say I'm still indebted to them. Can this be verified as it is a very stressful subject, as their debt keeps growing with every harassing email they send me.
