Incompetence from the consultant to the teamleade

I contacted Jm on the 13 August 2013, i spoke to Matseba an agent who i asked her if i can get a settlement letter and she responded by saying " i will put in a query with our query department will attend to it as they work through their queries" i then asked her how long should this take? and she replied " i do not know" and asked her to go and ask how long will it take, she came back saying about 2 to 3 days but my account is not yet updated so it needs to be updated first then i will get it then, again i asked her how long will this take, and she replied i do not know. and i asked again how long is it usually takes for this type of request she again said she does not know but she then said i should get a manager to answer, which she then called this guy which i do not think is a manager, Reuben is his name, He came to the phone and he immediately greeted and as i started a conversation with him, her said to me get to the point as he has a meeting to attend. 1st this was very rude and uncalled for as he implied that i was wasting his time. i then agured with him as he was saying there system only works when there is a query put in other wise it was not going to update.
