Appauling customer relations

I went in to the mtn megastore at the pavilion yesterday (sunday, 26/05/2013. we had taken a ticket & waited in the que. it was about 30 mins later i noticed that there was no movement. so i noticed a consultant was available.he was consultant (6). when i walked up to him, i asked him if he could attend to the customers as we were waiting for a long time. He replied in a very arrogant & rude manner, saying that he is busy & as soon as he is done he will assist. When he responded i was livid at the way in which he spoke. I said to him i want to see the manager. He ignored me, so i raised my voice & demanded to see the manager. i approached him again & got his attention by placing my finger on his wrist. Eventually the manager came over & said that they got system issues & less staff so therefore the delay & that he would handle his rude staff. I would like feedback regarding this from the manager as Shalendra was way out of line. we was there to hand in a cellphone that needed to go for repairs.
