Never received a final accont

I have never received a final account statement of what i overpaid on a house! i got all the emails and evidence to prove this person is not professional or some one there is not honest! Every time i phone in or email she tells a story and don't answer emails! How can i ever use them again! well my story will be heard by Gauteng and i will make sure of that!
