Approached Absa Promenade Mall Mitchells Plain 6 August 2013 with my father to request copy of his title deed, was advised that request will be processed and should receive copy within 7 working days. The lady on the far left hand side at customer service without a name badge took down our contact details and updated it on te system after advising us she will contact us once she receives the documents. Today is the 6 October 2013 a month later and still waiting for Absa Promenade mall to contact my parents to advise them the title deed is ready for collection. This is pathetic service, we were not even greeted when we entered the branch the lady who assisted us looked bored and morbid during the ordeal, to add insult to this pathetic service we haven't received a call. A bank I will never bank with again...
