I requested a Consent Letter on Monday (24/06/2013), i was informed that the Letter will take 48 hours and when i phoned on Wednesday, i was told the request was never received. When i phoned that same to re request it again, i was told it was going to take another 48hours.
i phone on Friday (28/06/2013) to ask for it after 48hours, i was told they were still busy.
now i am reallllyyyy tired of this HTN.
