It is with great disappointment that i am writing this letter to you.
I made a payment to your company on the 7th on May 2013, settling the account. Thus far, I am yet to receive the payed up letter as promised (if promises are anything to go by in your company ethics).
I have made many calls of distress to your company requesting assistance. If it is common practise to act in this manner, please advise me accordingly so that i must go resource assistance from those who can deal with institutes like yours.
As i was typing this email, i was put on hold for 18min 02sec and still no help.
After redialing i spoke to a supervisor who told me to wait till Friday.
All i want is a payment letter. Can i please have it?
