I have been trying for months to get to the person that can tell me what the problem is with my STD bank account. No one can tell me except for it is handed over to the legal department. This is all the numbers that I have tried. 1. 011 560 4705. 2. 011560 6315. 3. 011560 6111. 4. 011 560 6025. This debt is coming since 2004 and was paid up in full and even got a letter from STD bank that it was paid up. PLEASE TELL ME WHO CAN SORT OUT THIS ISSUE? STD bank is waiting for MBD and MBD is waiting for STD bank and I am waiting for answers. NEXT IS THE OMBUDSMAN.
