What a usless company

I have been waiting for almost 3 months now for a detailed statement of my account. the supervisors are always on lunch or in a meeting. I was told that Tarron would contact me but i am still waiting. You are over charging me on admin fees and interest.

The only thing left to do is to contact the Ombudsman, or consumers council for help.
