My husband and I applied for a postnuptial in 2011. we paid the full amount for the postnuptial.
Melissa is very unprofessional and she does not remember her clients. everytime I emailed or called to find out how far she is with the process, she always gives a different story.

then she forgets that we must fill in an affidavit, then the next time she did not put in the notice for creditors for long enough - there is always a different story.

She does not provide feedback, as a client who paid for a service, we always have to follow up with her. she does not give feedback. It's been 2 years now and Saunderson Attorneys do not answer my emails and their phone is always engaged. or when we do get through to them, she promises to call back but never calls back.

very very bad cusomter service and i am starting to believe they are not a genius company!!
