Never have I had service of such a fast and efficient nature. In my past I use to have difficulty communicating with people who never really took personal interest in customers, but this service was more than an outstanding performance!

From the 1st second when he politely greeted me, I could hear that he was someone who takes pride in what he does. Firstly, he showed true care and concern for the predicament we find ourselves in - a trait that I have felt does not exist anymore. There-after, taking my situation into account, and looking at my policy. He was consistent and followed-up my query and concern right till the very end.
