I can honestly not take another call from these people! They insist on payment of an account that I am not even aware of, and when I request details and a cost breakdown of this unfamiliar account, I get a different story every week. Some call centre agents promise to send it and never does, some recently insist that I now have to send them a letter and when you ask questions to understand the (suddenly new) processes you get screamed at and threatended.
I would like to have this recording sent to me and get legal assistantce.
We are being bullied left, right and centre and no-one is doing anything about it.
The frustration of dealing with this company is in a league all of its own.
