Agents not clear about what i owe

I've been receiving calls and sms's from MBD attorneys - they claim that I owe a couple of service providers - I then asked that they send me the details of the account- via phone.

this morning I called again asking for specifics and was told by the call centre agent that they can only view the accounts - I should just pay into the standard bank account.

please help
