Are you debt COLLECTORS or ADVISORS???

So it continues... I lodge complaints about a settlement proposal received and accepted, and MBD merely sends an updated account, and AGAIN does not respond to emails or return telephone calls and make false promises to return my calls... MBD gave me a written proposal, which I accepted same day, and they are now disputing such proposal??? In addition various promises are made to resolve the matter of which NONE have materialized??? I again urge someone with authority to contact me...
