I want to know why this shapiro shaik people no longer calling me to tell me what's the next step. Because they've been harasing me me since march last year demanding R4400 which I'm still paying. And I don't know why I'm still paying it coz the last time I receive a call from them I owed less than 700 which was january. And on december I was told if I pay R900 before the 18th dec I'll get a 50% discount of the money that I was owing then. I did pay but nothing hapened. January I received a call from boitumelo asking for my postal adress so that she wil send a clearence letter/form. I'm still waiting for that. And I think I did pay that R4400 but jet stores says I hava an oustanding balance of R1235. Where is it coming from? Nd why are they not calling me? Why are they not picking up their phones when we call them but they charge us for not communicating with them and we are being charged for making calls that are not answered. The don't even reply to our emails. I need an answer. This people are riping us off.
