Despite the fact that I do not have a Woolworths account and have not had in over 12 years, MBD Attorneys are sending repeated threatening text messages and making harrassing phone calls to my family members. Please note that debts older than five years are prescribed and are not collectable. These people are nothing more than bullies in my opinion who are exploiting South Africans who do not know their rights. I have repeatedly advised them in writing that I do not owe them money, I have phoned and emailed but they choose to ignore me and keep sending the threats. I have reported them to the Council for Debt Collectors and hope to see them closed for unethical practice shortly.
