Slow to clear my name from ITC

I went to try and purchase a vehicle on the 22sn of August 2012 to my surprise I had to find out that I was ITC listed by De Beers Attorneys for an mount I according to them owed them, take note I never received any accounts or any phone calls from them to this regard. I contacted them to find out what this was for and according to them I owed them an amount of /- R300.00 for services that they did for me when I owned my own businness, I asked them to send me proof and on the 27th of August I received an e-mail from there offices stateting that the amount I now owed was R6000.00 - R2000.00 of this amount mind you was for Corrospondanse. In the e-mail it stated that this amount must be paid by the 29th of August 2012 otherwise they will take my car. I paid the amount on the 29th of August 2012 where they promissed to clear my name form ITC it has been six months and nothing has been done and they are not awnsering my corrospondance I send them and when you phone them they are rude I do not know what to do anymore.
