On the 27th of June last year I wrote a report concerning an outstanding amount of R2700 that we still owe Discovery. We have lawyers constantly phoning and sms? ng us but ignoring our requests for a statement so we can see the breakdown of the amounts owed, interest and lawyer fees. After posting the report Genevieve Fredericks contacted me with a breakdown of claims paid and rejected and after I queried some of the payments rejected she confirmed that R608.10 of the claims they rejected and actually had to pay it. She asked me to get proof that we already paid the amount so they can reimburse us and after I sent it to her she just started ignoring my e-mails. After sending e-mails on July 9th, July 13th as well as August 29th I am still not getting any response from her. Now we still have the lawyers smsing us constantly, fees mounting up and still no statement or correction of the outstanding amount. We wanted to join as members again but can't until this is sorted out. So what now?
