We had our car break down in Nelspruit 12 October. Kia towed it to the local branch. Took 6 weeks to explain to us that they will not pay anything and that the car seized regardless of the heat sensor not working. SANTAM stepped in and paid. They spent another month and just under R80 000 to fix it. We only received it on 21 December. We continuously requested a loan car and was not even answered.

We then returned from holidays on 13 January and on the first start the car was cutting out leaving u almost in an accident. No breaks and the no idling. The engine light came on. We then took it back to the Menlynn branch. what a continuation of the Kia disaster! They then blamed the previous shop and replaced a sensor even after I showed them that this sensor has been replaced previously. Still only empty promises on loan car. This happened three times again and still my car is in the shop! I tried to contact a Ray Levin of Imperial Kia and the receptionist (Rethabile) told me she refuses to give me his contact details.

When I finally cracked and arrived on Friday after receiving no phone call I was told to come and pick up a loan car on Saturday. Only to be brushed off.
