I emailed Cityslicker on the 15th of April, enquiring whether I could exchange an expired voucher for a deal that was currently running. I received an email 3 days later stating that they require the reference of the current deal running, which I subsequently provided the same day. And that was the last time I ever heard from them. I don't even think that the deal I wanted is running anymore. I followed up twice per email but have received no response whatsoever. Ironic that they stated: "If you have any other question, do not hesitate to contact us."
This is very disappointing customer service. If you have no call centre, then at least ensure that you reply to customer queries promptly.
