As a first time user of Bid or Buy, I started my bid at 1 rand for a single item with 2 items that were up for bid. I received email confirmation of my bid being the current best bid and then the next morning I received an email saying I was outbid by the same value which raised a concern for me. I put in a request for clarification which was provided, however, it raised a number of new questions. I provided additional questions and the next day I received a call from Prabashnee Govender to work through the various aspects of the bid process. The simple explanation is someone outbid me because they offered to buy the two items at 1 rand each while I only bid on one item. Prabashnee clarified other questions that came up and was willing to work through the various scenarios. Even though email was the start of the process, Prabashnee called because she believed that there was more value in answering the questions, knowing that there would be more questions. I really appreciated the excellent service and wanted to be sure Prabashnee is recognized.
