First time buyer with Style36 but a 'seasoned' online shopper with the likes of Zando.
Placed my order on 2013-03-22 and didn't get any joy over the next 3 days so I made contact with support and they informed me the order can't be fufilled due to a damaged item within the cart, confirmed it would be ok to leave that item out as long as I got refunded or credit for the same amount which they confirmed (via support telephonically) the delivery took place on 2013-04-02 and yet to get any refund of credit or funds. The delay in my opnion isn't acceptable, you have my money and the product??
Great shop with awesome product so this is a real pity especially as a first time buyer. I'm hopeful this will be resolved soon...
