I subscribed to their website [URL Removed] and ordered a box full of samples a few times and then months later after not ordering anymore, I all the sudden realised that they are taking money from my account without my authorisation. And when I checked my account details on their website, none of the 12 illegal transactions was shown in my order history, nor was I informed by any means of communications that I ordered anything.
But the most upsetting part of it all is that when I queried this, they refused to refund me and made unsatisfactory ultimatums threatening to just close the matter off and refuse to assist me with any of my queries or concerns.
I asked them for their attorney's details to discuss the matter and they also refused to cooperate.
They can NOT be trusted and does things under the cover which is not presented on their website. They are not a transparent company and uses their small print and terms and conditions to defend themselves against any responsibilities for their actions and just takes someone's money without their knowledge!
