I paid via internet banking R569 into Evopoints bank account in return for 50$ itunes voucher. That was on the 31/5/13. We are now the 18th june and I still didn't receive a voucher neither a response after 5 mails&messages I sent them already. The only reply I get is an automatic reply via sms if I mail them saying someone will get back to me in 24 h but no feedback whatoever even two weeks later. The contactnumber also doesn't work as a voice message tells you to send an email instead. Is this a? Website is still up and running and appears normal. On my account it shows the money has been debited the 31/5 but still no voucher and not even an answer to the various messages I sent them.
