I am on of those people who look forward to Valentines day all year long. Its my favourite day of the year. This year I decided to send a surprise to my Fianc? at work rather then waiting to get home. I decided to order something through Netflorist. Valentines has come and my fianc? has left work disappointed and under the impression that I did not get him anything...
I called Netflorist at 2 to double check that the parcel would be delivered and the lady assured me it was on its way and would be delivered before 4pm...
I am appalled by this service, when you try and call you a voice over saying they are aware of problems and will be delivering late into the night or tomorrow or you just get cut off. Well, we don't plan to work LATE into the night on valentines and if I wanted the gift delivered on the 15th then I would have requested that.
NETFLORIST HAS RUINED VALENTINES DAY!!!
