We are large media buyer who engaged OutVert Media to put up posters in December 2012 /January 2013 for our client UJ to communicate that No Walk-in Applications would be accepted for the 2013 academic year. The streetplans were agreed to and artwork supplied and we paid OutVert's invoice 0812-24 for the Council Fee, poster costs and 50% of the distibution on presentation of the invoice in September 2012. BIG MISTAKE! OutVert said they had put up some of the posters from 20 to 31 December. No-one saw a poster and OutVert have not sent photos to prove they were up at all!!!
Please DO NOT USE THIS STREET POLE POSTER service provider - Jon Stephenson of OutVert has not fulfilled the job for which he was paid.
