I called rubybox on Monday as I had received my rubybox but no little luxuries box with it. they took down my number and told me they will call in the afternoon. I got no response and called them again today. they did the same. told me they will call later in the morning. I just want to know why the item was not delivered and when it will be delivered. I don't understand why this is so difficult to do
