I have paid my subscription fees in full, but received a notice that all services have been cancelled today. It is impossible to reach these people directly. They only have an online ticketing system and they do not respond to requests as promised, rather just ignore them.

Stay away from HostCow they will from you and leave you disappointed and red faced.
