Similar to other reports, Websolutions disconnected my website and account in Sept even though the account was paid. After numerous attempts to contact them, sending proof of payments I did not receive any replies. I tried to transfer the domain to another hosting company which websolutions ignored. Although I haven't been able to reach them, they send me an invoice for an outstanding account with a credit for what I can assume have been the payment I made previously.
