Nowadays excellent customer service is so rare, I was actually shocked at the excellent service Clyde provided yesterday. He assured me of the process and although the timeline could not be promised, he reassured me he would try his utmost to make it possible. I can tell you, it has been a longggg time that I received such excellent service and I want to say THANK YOU Clyde, keep on doing what you are doing, it made my day.
