Don't deliver and STILL no refund 7 days late

Don't ever order from NetFlorist if you have a doubt they won't deliver to a place, they bill your credit card and then only after the fact they tell you they don't deliver.

Then, they say a refund takes 3-5 working days, well this is working day number 7 and still no refund has been received?

Useless...
