After sending an SMS to purchase electicity and getting a meaningless error message instead of the token, reading all the instructions on how you are supposed to do it, I finally send them a message on their website to ask why it does not work.
I then get an email back to say that this sms service has been suspended.
Why don't they update their website to say that this service is no longer offered?
Why don't they say how else you can pay for your electricty?? Can you now not do it by sms or by internet? Do you have to now go into a shop?
