Great inconvenience

I just moved to a new complex and I needed to activate my electricity account by sending a form so they can activate my account in order for me to buy electricity. Friday I moved my stuff to the new place and went to checker to buy electricity and only to find out I can not buy electricty there is an error on my account. I went back to Pretoria I booked a hotel (spent R500) as I was told i could move everything is sorted out. I woke up Saturday I went to Pick n pay in Pretoria. They sold me electricity but it was the wrong token it was 9 digits and not 16 digits. ( dont know why it will allow the wrong token to go through and they couldnt refund me). I called the call centre and i was told the electricity is activated and they dont know wat the problem is. I went back to Joburg and by that time Netvender was closed and checker still showed error, went to Engen garage no one could assist. I had to book a hotel again . i went through the same thing Sunday and Monday, struggling until i got to work today. I called them they refunded R170 and they apologies but this was a great inconvenience, money i didnt budget for. Im really not happy.
