BAD SERVICE AND THREAT

Hi team,

Please see email from one of your sellers. She delivered bad service and now she will just get rid of me as a buyer because she refuses to deal with my query. order came 2 weeks late, was sent to wrong post office and rude telephonically. And lastly a threat that I can no longer purchase her product. NOT GOOD AT ALL

All my customers are important to me. I specifically wrote to you and indicated that I did send your package to the post office of your choice. There is nothing more I can do, is there?

Regarding your disappointment, all my ads including BoB administration were notified that I would be out of country. Its not anyone's fault if you didn't read the advert advising you of same.

I am sorry that you feel the way you do. I will advise BoB that you may no longer purchase my products in future.
