I recently purchased a deal on behalf of my neighbour, we both have read the terms and conditions and I have made a screen dump as per below.

Firstly, there has been 158 vouchers bought, which means that 158 people are under the impression that this deal is valid over weekends too, trading hours have not changed, apparently the num for reservations is also incorrect on the system.

My neighbour, does not want a refund, we want what is stated in the voucher as per below, nowhere does it state that it is not valid on the weekend or public holidays, and as per CPA, it is in black and white.

This deal is between city slickers and the restaurant and it is under false pretence, my neighbour really wants to use this voucher, please assist with a way forward.
