Changing Deal's T&C after purchase

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for Adventures with Elephants. I read the Terms and Conditions to clarify that I could use this voucher on weekends, which is my only free time. I received the voucher later that day. The next day I happened to view the same deal, and the T&Cs had changed, to EXCLUDE weekends, without my knowledge. If I had not happened to browse that deal again, I would not have known that the T&Cs had changed. I can confirm this by comparing the T&Cs on my voucher to that on the website.
