I ordered a bottle of personalized wine from Netflorist, of which i had stressed i need a same day delivery, which was indeed delivered a few hours after my order, however what was delivered to me was something completely different to what i had ordered on their website, I called the call centre, and clearly explained to him what the situation is, after spending thirty minutes on the phone with the consultant and holding for his manager who was no where to be found, i was told they cannot refund me today, nor sort their mess out.
I AM BEYOND FURIOUS, as this is unacceptable, this is the poorest form of customer service i have ever experience, it is horrible.
