I Have been using Netflorist for the past couple of years but lately i am appalled by the level of service.
Last month I ordered a bouquet and a balloon the day before and wanted it delivered on the birthday. The flowers were delivered very late.
As much as you cant guarantee a delivery time, its appalling that you deliver items late even though I ordered the day before.
Now I had just ordered a necklace to be delivered, of which I placed the order yesterday in the morning and was assured that it would be delivered today.
I called your customer service and told them the recipient leaves work at 15:00 and I was assured that it will be noted that it be delivered before that time.
Now I just called to check on the delivery and I am told it has not been delivered and that they can only deliver at 16:00.
For me this is pointless as the person it was meant for has already left work.
When I told this to your customer service rep, he was not helpful and even when I said reimburse me he just said yes and dropped the phone.
This is the worst customer service and I am shocked that he did not even try to see what he can to to remedy the situation.
