Shoulin (Kaars) came to my rescue and sorted out a complicated query. I found her to be very friendly, understanding and willing to help. She followed my problem right through to the very end and my replacement item is leaving Paulshof on Wednesday. I'm really very happy with the manner in which she handled the situation, because I was becoming a bit of a difficult customer to deal with, and yet she kept her cool. Well done Shoulin!
