I have made 2 purchases on Ruby box... one been an error, I immediately wrote to Rubybox and before the boxes can be dispatched i would like this to be resolved.. however Rubybox phone number makes you hold forever, i called at least 10 times.. once waited for 30 minutes and no response.. If you want to run a business, please at least someone that can respond to your customers. You have lost one customer!
