Worse supplier I have ever come across.
I am still waiting on a refund for a product returned to you on 22 May. The product fell apart before I took it out of the packaging and if that was not bad enough, I am still waiting on money owed to me. Please refund me immediately. I am told I was refunded on 28 May. I did not receive this payment and I confirmed this with my bank.
Also, your customer service is shocking! I had to phone for updates as the only email I ever received from you was the standard email sent to all clients when returning a product. I will never purchase anything from syle36 again! What a mission.
