I ordered a dress online and deposited R399 into their banking details on the 16 May 2013, and when i called after a week to follow up on the order they told me that i took long to pay and they will credit my account and advised me to place a new order which i did, a week later when i called to follow up the order they told me the dress was out of stock and i asked them for a refund. Now they are telling me that they cannot refund me because my order was bought with coupon credits so they can not refund you. I want my money back that is all i am asking for.
