I went to Ando to design and make 3 dresses the cost for the for all dresses was R4200. The first traditional dress was R1200 the 2nd tradional dress was R1200 and the short white dress was R1800 and the explaination that i got from Ando was that the dress had a lot of feathers. I paid her the full amount of R4200 by the 09 November 2013 in order for me to have my dresses in time. The short white dress and the second tradional dress she brought on the 06th December 2013 which was the day before the wedding and it was NOT what i wanted i send the white dress back and requested they fix the dress and was told I will get it back Saturday Morning (The day of the wedding) when they delivered that it was still NOT what i wanted and then requested for them for refund me cause i would have used it that day. I called Ando and all she done was IGNORE my calls. I went to Ando's offices on the 12th of December 2013 to ask for my refund and AGREED that she needs to refund me the R1800 however she did not have the funds at that time.nxt day was they gave me a written deduction list giving me all the reasons for not paying me, lying abt the amount. This is UNPROFESSIONAL.
