FAILURE TO REFUND ME

During August / September i ordered a dress from their webpage and in the month of October i followed up with delivery only for them to confirm that the dress wasnt delivered. I then requested for a refund due to non delivery and to date, i have not received my money. Everytime i follow up i am advised that they have a backlog and or any other excuse, please refund me moeny; it is now five months later!!! last email confirmed that i will receive my money by COB and last week, i was again advised of an alleged backlog
